位置就在衡陽南華大學門口的巷子轉角，停車場約六七個停車位。設施和衞生中規中矩，前台有一次性馬桶墊可以拿。因為近大學的原因，周邊好多吃的，早中晚餐宵夜換着吃都吃不來。

第一次評論，衞生，設施真的太糟糕了，房間味道也很大，設施又老舊又不衞生。最基本的乾濕分離也沒有，洗個澡，馬桶，垃圾桶都裝滿水了。連噴頭固定不了。沒有一次性拖鞋。房間還有一個大洞，服了服了。床隨便動一下就有聲音。窗户是上個世紀的窗户，沒有隔音。洗完澡衞生間不下水。這都是看得見的糟糕，還有看不見的，不敢想。真的太糟糕了👎

五一期間性價比不錯。而且在南華大學旁邊位置很方便，房間條件不錯，衞生方面有待提高但可以接受，下次去的話還住這裏

學生住宿較多，隔音比較差，導致半夜也能聽到學生活動的聲音。衞生和配置一般，智能房的AI也不聽使喚。

挺不錯的還能投影，還有會員電視看，就是洗手枱有點小，其他都挺好的。然後床特別大，都夠三個人睡，環境也挺不錯的，非常好，就是有點靠裡麪，差點走到別人的酒店了
