十分的爛，爛透了，衞生差，環境差，條件差，屋裡很重的發黴的味道，到處都是臟的，毛巾和浴巾還有別人的毛髮，一抖浴巾，全是黑色的渣子，枕頭都沒換過，半夜跟服務員溝通，給換了個房間。
