服務：衡陽市大大小小的酒店我都住過，130的房價我也不祈求有什麼服務態度，我是個沒什麼脾氣的人，今天發生的事情讓我真的很生氣，8.20辦入住的時候我掉了一本書在前台，書不貴對我很重要，8.21離店才發現不見了。我打電話求助前台，第一通電話我要她幫我問下她昨天的同事，她的回答是：不會的，前台掉了東西一般會跟我講的，很果斷告訴我沒有，一個酒店基本的服務態度都沒有，沒有提出協助（這裏記住重點）我説好，那你還是幫我找下打掃衞生阿姨，打完之後沒有給我反饋，我又打了第二個，她跟我講沒有，我還是堅信在酒店，我説那你問你同事，他説同事也説沒有，我説你給我調監控，她扭扭捏捏説監控在老闆那裡。到現在這個階段還是沒給我如何解決問題，而是避開不想處理，一直扭扭捏捏，我當時就很生氣，作為在你這裏一個正常入住的顧客的權益都得不到保證，提出需求還不給處理！這就是你酒店服務的態度？看我發脾氣以後説加我微信給我反饋。反饋結果：調了監控，證實是在酒店。
我現在提出兩個問題：前台説掉了東西都會給顧客聯繫，從我入住到離店，酒店拿到顧客遺漏的都沒處理，有監控沒調，是不是説顧客忘記不知道，然後這個東西歸酒店了，還是歸阿姨了？要是丟了錢丟了金品呢？我之前離店，老是遺漏買的零食，我想沒拿就沒拿，阿姨吃了就吃了沒多大事。但是問題的根本就是，客户掉了東西酒店都沒有通知的義務，甚至還等你找上門才處理。可笑

我是覺得這個價格這個環境是不錯了，洗漱的東西一般，尤其是沐浴露跟洗頭髮的，洗完之後頭髮比較糙，三點出門要前台打掃衞生，一回來也沒打擾完全沒當回事
