房間不大，裝修風格尚可，還有掛耳咖啡贈送，雖然味道比較一般。前台態度挺好。浴室地板上有條地磚勾縫凸起，又正好在花灑下方，洗澡時總磕到腳，讓人不舒服。其他都還好。

因為孩子的事，又一次住到了喆啡，這次是家庭房，房間非常大，還是那麼乾淨，整潔。從前台到保潔，到客房布草，態度都非常好，洗澡水很熱，很舒服。下次再來衡水，榕花北大街喆啡是第一選擇。

前台經理非常好，服務熱情，走道乾淨整潔衞生，房間裏沒有異聞，裏面設定齊全，早餐廳乾淨衞生，菜品比較豐富，負責早餐廳的經理人也比較好，下次還會去的
