去年因為在衡山也是住的他們家，印象挺好今年帶朋友去特地選了，他們家定了兩個房間兩個房間的投影都是壞的，主要是他們前台知道是壞的，而且一直都不修目前住過最差的酒店，榻榻米就是直接在地上放了個床墊，感覺就是給你一個能住的地方衞生環境就不用説了，當時定了兩個房間，另一個房間有水，我打電話過去，我們那個房間沒水，他讓我自己下去拿

老闆娘人很好 不僅很熱心的介紹了當地哪吃東西比較方便 而且還免費升級了房型 唯一有點不足的是好像房間的投影稍微有點問題 還有空調不怎麼制熱 但應該衹是個別房間的現象 總得來説還不錯

我真的服了，我訂的是豪華影視房，結果到店入住了幾個小時打開投影發現看不了！聯繫前台告知我這已經是最好的設備了，其他房間爛的更加徹底，沒辦法換，我説我沖這個訂的房，你要給我交代吧，結果前台一直以聯繫老闆為由各種推遲，我等解釋等了好久，我説那你要不換個能看的要不給我補償，等了半個小時等來説法是“要不你們就退房直接走按鐘點房算，要不就繼續住”這算什麼説法？我已經住了幾個小時了你們沒有盡到告知義務並且設施不全，顧客不滿意卻讓顧客走，這樣的酒店，這樣的處理方式，自己的原因不處理不維修，投影全壞！！卻還打着豪華影視房的招牌，可見這種做法司空見慣，服務態度極差！！我合理懷疑衡山縣其他酒店的問題與攜程網酒店的質量管理體系。馬桶也是有污漬的，插座不穩，浴巾臟舊，因為我剛好是當天生日，我的伴侶勸慰我不要計較，故此息事寧人，並不代表該酒店的冷處理，不作為，變相趕客的方式方法是正確的。

衞生很差，房間設施都是壞的，水壺壞，馬桶蓋壞，特別特別是洗澡，水超級小，冷得要死，而且沒電梯，搬着大大的行李箱爬樓梯，進房間時很想退房換酒店，可是自己導航導錯了跑到小縣城，衹能忍着睡一晚走人

這一家酒店表面看着衞生挺好的，實際上衞生都沒有打掃過，衹是換個洗漱用品，垃圾，地都可能沒有掃，我反正過去地都沒有掃，枕頭還特意翻過來，我一看正面，黃的我以為誰倒了一杯咖啡上去，我從來沒有看過一家酒店這樣，因為衞生不乾淨導致我現在還過敏，下巴脖子這一塊，起了紅疹，現在還在塗葯，我真醉了沒見過一個酒店這樣，還配叫酒店嗎請問？還要一百多，別人八十多的賓館都比你們這乾淨吧，我最後説一句做生意最重要的是，為人處事的態度，為的就是換顧客口碑，顧客是最好的給你們宣傳的，對你們也是有極大幫助的，而不是以小失大，再不改正很快就會得到相應是處罰的
