酒店很👍👍👍房間非常寬敞舒適，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，晾衣架設計得很人文！酒店所有工作人員服務態度都很好很熱情，從前台工作人員到早餐廳服務員到保潔阿姨，每個人都笑容滿面，讓人有如沐春風的感覺！酒店停車也很方便，出行非常便利。

出差N年，住賓館無數，這次到衡山，因為一瓶高價水，被這家賓館給雷倒了：
房價是200多的〔圖1〕，
在當地應該算是偏高的，
夏天，雙人間，〔2瓶＊400毫升/瓶，圖2〕，
房間裏的瓶裝水肯定是不夠喝的，
找酒店要水是要高價賣給你的〔這次變成了500毫升/瓶〕，
水賣高價的理由一大堆的，
偷換概念割韭菜倒是真心的。
由此我是留個心、做了一下簡單觀察的，
又發現了幾個細節是令人不適的：
房間牆壁開關按鈕是有坑的〔圖3〕，
想給前台打電話，
發現床頭的電話是打不通的〔純擺設〕
房間備品是次品的〔圖4〕，
電梯衞生是不乾淨的〔圖5〕，
早餐和果盤是簡陋不堪的〔圖6〕，
就餐餐廳是狹窄無序的〔圖7〕，
餐廳空調是不給力的，
為的是讓顧客抓緊吃完騰地方的。
洗衣房的洗衣機上世紀的〔少且舊〕，
洗衣房的温度是可以洗桑拿的，
顧客想要不被割韭菜是不可能的。
看給之前顧客評論的回覆，
感覺這個酒店真的是挺傲慢無禮的。
彷彿錯的總是別人、自己永遠是對的。
有幾個好評一看就是王婆賣瓜自賣自誇的。
説明酒店管理層的吃相是非常難看的，
大家一定別踩雷才是正經的。
圖8是我退房時的房間狀態，
儘量不給別人添麻煩是我的原則，
但該找麻煩的時候，也是毫不客氣的。
