The room is very comfortable, hygienic and clean. The courtyard of the room is equipped with a dedicated hot spring pool. The hotel has a swimming pool and more than 30 fully functional hot spring pools. It is a resort for vacation hot springs!

As a loyal fan of Jiangnan, this is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel! It's really pleasant to come here to soak in the hot springs during the Chinese New Year holiday! But precisely because of the Chinese New Year, there are many tourists who come here to soak in the hot springs, and the hotel is full of rooms for many days in a row! This time I chose the Jiangnan Tangyuan room type with a soup pool. To be honest, the hotel room type is really good! The room is large in size, with a living room, a bedroom, a cloakroom and a washroom. There are two small courtyards at the front and back of the room, and the courtyard behind the room is a soup pool. I personally recommend that the courtyard behind the room has a larger area, and you can add hangers for drying clothes. Because the wet clothes after soaking in the hot spring can be hung outside directly! In addition, I personally think that the privacy of the courtyard with the soup pool behind the room is not good enough! Because the courtyard is directly facing the street, there are many tourists coming and going. If you take a hot spring in the courtyard, people outside the courtyard can be seen everywhere. It is recommended to directly close the courtyard enclosure without leaving any gaps, so that the privacy is better! This stay was my worst experience. The main reason is that the room type of Jiangnan Tangyuan has always had a peculiar smell in the room, and the source of the peculiar smell in the room is the toilet! ! ! When I first checked in, the front desk gave me room 8051, but as soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of sewer pipes. Since I couldn't bear it, I decisively contacted the front desk and the customer service staff to communicate. The front desk helped me I changed the room and moved to 8031. Unfortunately, room 8031 ​​also has a peculiar smell, but it is slightly better than room 8051. I checked many times inside and outside the room, and found that the source of the smell is the problem of the sewer pipe in the room. This should be Flaws in the design of the room, it is recommended that the hotel attaches great importance to this problem and solve it properly! After all, every tourist wants to have a good stay experience! Putting aside the problem of the smell in the room, Xiangjiang River is actually a hotel with a lot of feelings and humanistic value! The hotel's soft service is really the ultimate! Every hotel service staff will provide every tourist with high-quality service with enthusiasm and sincerity! In particular, Xia Xiaoying, a staff member of the hot spring center, not only took out her own honeysuckle tea to make tea for us after learning that we were prone to get angry when eating recently, but also specially presented her own honeysuckle as a gift before leaving. The hotel is next to the reservoir, and the scenery is not bad, with mountains and water. The hotel generally looks very atmospheric, but it is impossible to take a closer look. I live in a 798 double bed room, which includes 2 hot spring tickets. It’s really not cheap, the room is relatively big, and the facilities are relatively new (it’s not easy for the boss to survive the epidemic for three years), but many places still need maintenance. The hygiene is not good, there are hairs on the floor, there is a washbasin that can't even release hot water, the bed is relatively hard, maybe I like to sleep on a soft bed. The TV in the room is just a decoration, and you have to pay for anything you want to watch. Why can't I show my children cartoons after paying so much for the room? Although the hot spring pool is not fully open, it is okay because there are not many people. The temperature of the pool is not bad, I don't know if it is real hot spring water, hahahahaha. You can ride a water bike on the lake, and the price is okay. The lake scenery is good and I feel good. There are few varieties of breakfast, and the taste is so-so, and there are plastic and porcelain plates, which are uneven and the experience is not good. After finishing the a la carte, the price is a little higher, which is okay. The attitude of the staff is quite good, which is still a thumbs up.
