帶湖湖南的一個縣城，擁有這樣一個涉及別具匠心的精品酒店，我認為是廣大顧客的幸福。酒店的位置比較好，去的時候剛好碰到高考。房間設計別具匠心別有洞天酒店沒有停車場也沒有早餐，就是感覺一斑的。房間的服務是不能夠跟前台取得聯繫的擺了一個電話，但實際上打不通。張衞生紙的盒子，雖然別具匠心有設計感像是一個收音機，但實際上工作人員都沒有把裏面的紙巾塑料給撕開，我們把手伸進去半天都還需要自己把盒子拆一下把塑料拆開才能拿到抽紙。從這兩個事情可以看出，目前管理者對於精細化服務和細節注重的不到位。這讓人感覺到不可理解的事酒店用了一個手機，作為酒店的對外聯絡號碼，當晚打電話預訂的時候沒有人接第二天也沒有人回覆，而且手機是一個員工個人的號碼，顯示是一個某某水電站就讓人覺得很山寨很不靠譜靠譜。在衡東這個城市，這樣的價格沒有衍生出相應的服務，這不得不説這個酒店的遺憾。我們做酒店，不能衹停留在設計和花花腸子上面。硬件再好沒有軟性的服務也是不會有回頭客的。

在網上選了好多家，不經意被新開的洞酒店吸引了， 抱着體驗的態度過來，沒有讓我失望，訂的是套房，開門的一瞬間被這個風格吸引啦，愛啦愛啦，晚上泡了一個暖暖的美容浴，好舒服😀😀

洗手間，桌子，鏡子等有能肉眼可見的水漬，那種沒擦乾淨的水漬，前台服務態度一般，酒店空調開了很長時間，房間內感覺還是不暖和。
