I booked a more expensive room. Ctrip clearly stated that it was on the 17th to 19th floors. The front desk said that there were no rooms available for upgrade, so I was given a room on the 9th floor. When I went up to see it, the carpet was filthy. It was not the room type I booked at all. Upgraded and downgraded! I went downstairs and discussed with the front desk before I was given a new room type. Be careful to avoid pitfalls in this hotel.
