We arrived during a blizzard and they were very nice. Pool was really nice, breakfast was ok other than they ran out of some things and weren’t restocking very quickly. Hotel was clean. They do not have an elevator so carrying baby stuff up and down wasn’t easy. They did have one guy on staff help us carry it up when we arrived. Overall good stay!

The phone didn’t work. The TV was complicated to use. It smelled bad in the hallways.
Poor noise control in walls.

My heat didn't work i had to change rooms and when they did change my room i was rite next to the backbdoor witch was extremely loud

I searched and found the cheapest hotel in the area. This was it so my expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised by the room- it was modern, new, and spotless. There is ample parking with lots of exits so accessing ,my room was easy and convenient every time. The free breakfast wasn't worth the money, lol. The pool was closed- it is indoors and it is winter. I wouldn't have used it anyway. The staff is minimal but competent. I will return. For way under a hundred bucks, I'm good with this place. Again, the room was great. Plenty of towels and no issues with the bathroom. The bed was good too. The place shows upkeep. No sketchy factor at all.

Really poor customer service if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay or have issues this is not the place they don’t let you do refunds for anything they steal money and over charge

Hands down the worst experience my family has had at a hotel. On the ******* web site it says that there is a pool. We walk in to find that its not open and refused to give us a refund. The staff was extremely rude about it did not want to help at all. Terrible way to rum a business!
