Perfect location only 3 stops on tram line 10 from the city centre. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. The studio apartment was very high quality and the care and organisation of BobW was excellent. There is a supermarket just up the road to stock up with food etc- We will return again

Great Trip ! I fully recommend this place. Well located, everything was perfect in the partment. Excellent location, central and well connected with tram/metro. Staff was welcoming ,Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money.The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Bob W Koti Ullanlinna is a perfect place to stay in Helsinki.

Everything was fine! The apartment was clean and modern. The breakfast options were delicious. Check in was easy and without any problems. Staff was nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

It was really nice, since we arrived till we gone. all apartment was perfectly clean, new and modern design. it was so much better than I expected and now it’s my favorite accommodation in Europe .

Couldn’t have wished for better accommodation. A safe and beautiful neighbourhood a very short walk away from pretty much everything, if not there’s a tram outside! The rooms were incredible and great value for money. The kitchen, coffee machine and washer dryer were all great practical benefits too! Fab customer service, thanks so much.

Modern, chic and comfortable stay. Great location and walkable to most things (or a quick scooter ride). No notes really. I got the Classic room, which was enough space for one person. But I would opt to splurge for the slightly larger Classic Plus if you can. Don't expect any additional frills or service. This is definitely part of this new wave of hotels where what you see is what you get.

Apartment and location were excellent but the heating didn’t work and it was not fixed until the second day. The shower was not clean. A bunch of long brown hairs was stuck to the wall. It couldn’t be missed if it had been cleaned properly.
