Convenient location. Pretty much every major attraction was within walking distance of the hotel. The room was warm and comfortable. I liked the variety at the morning breakfast buffet.

The room was a bit far away. It took a long time to walk with the luggage. The floor was good and the view was great. The location was convenient, a few hundred meters walk to the pedestrian street. It was very convenient to buy something at the supermarket opposite.

The hotel is located in the city center. It is very convenient for shopping and eating. The hotel rooms are relatively large in Europe. The overall facilities are very new. The hygiene and management are good.

Staff was amazing, love the location. Wish i requested to change room didnt like where room located, but already settled in. The decor was amazing love the detail of towels and slippers.

Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. But the room layout was weird and not very comfortable, including the bathroom and shower, just a very strange layout which made it awkward to move around the room. That being said, it was comfortable enough and reasonably priced for the city centre

Good location, Nice design, Good bed but poor pillows. The room far too warm as the radiators had been turned fully on due to cold weather. There was no way to turn them down, so only way to decrease temp was to use air condition. So this was a double whammy for environment!

Style room oli ihan ok, mutta ei hintansa väärti. Plussaa siitä, että kylpyhuoneessa oli erikseen suihku ja kylpyamme. Huone oli siisti, mutta ei mitenkään erityinen. Sänky oli kova, mutta lakanat olivat mukavat ja pehmeät. Aamiaisella surkeaa palvelua. Kahvin piti tulla pöytiintarjoiltuna, mutta sitä joutui odottamaan 45 min ja jouduimme sanomaan asiasta kolme kertaa kunnes saimme kahvia. Henkilökunta ei pahoitellut asiaa millään tavalla. Pöydästämme ei korjattu likaisia asioita, vaikka viereisistä pöydistä korjattiin. Aamupalan valikoima ei vastannut odotuksia.

Like too many hotels these days Lilla Roberts has limited the guest's ability to adjust room temperature. As a guest you are expected to sacrifice your sleep "for the environment" (or something like that). The minimum temperature you are allowed to set is 20C which to me is way too warm. Unfortunately they have removed all handles from the windows so you cannot open them, and you also cannot turn the radiator off. I had the staff open a window for me anyway but since the radiator was not turned off (and the adjustment knob removed) my room was around 22 C (71.6 F) and it was difficult to get any sleep during my two day stay. With that said: If you like warm rooms then this is a very nice hotel. Staff was also very good, friendly.

I was there for business for one night and it was a very nice, well located hotel. I had a few beers in the bar which was great and a bar snack which was ideal.

Very good and stylish hotel. Close to all the major shops and attracions.

Wondeful stay and great hotel. Highly recommend if you are staying in Helsinki and want a convenient hotel. Walking distance to great attractions and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation too. The breakfast was amazing and highly recommend, we ate there every morning it was that good. Very clean, comfy bed and great customer service.
