A pleasant experience, really nice room, with a breakfast with excellent quality food, though limited selection. The staff, especially on the front desk, were outstanding.

It was a nice hotel. The room was clean and quite spacious. Do note there is no bellboy service (which is common in Europe) so you have to push your heavy luggages yourself. The breakfast was superb.

The hotel is in downtown Helsinki. The location is pretty good and it's very convenient to get to the city. The hotel must be a bit old, but the rooms are not too small for Europe and are relatively comfortable to stay in. The price/performance ratio is also highly recommended.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the location is good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helped us take photos. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety and delicious, especially the venison meatballs with cranberry sauce. Will choose to stay here if given the chance.

The center of Stockholm is only a ten-minute walk away. The location is very good. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast is very rich. However, if you are given a room on the first floor, then congratulations, the window is a little bigger.

Thanks to the friendly desk staff, I was able to easily purchase the pass and they even answered the phone for me. I was so touched by their kindness....^^

The location is in the city center, the area is small, and the service is basically non-existent. The most annoying thing is that the girl's hand was injured. For a five-star hotel, there was nothing but a band-aid. The guests staying in the hotel were injured, and there was no concern. Helsinki is also an extremely boring city. I will only visit it once in my life. I don't recommend it at all.
