I'm pleased with the stay. The room was clean, with a comfortable layout and design. However, I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get the room with a view and a bathtub, despite requesting them during booking. The breakfast offered a variety of choices and was located on the 10th floor with a beautiful view and a roof terrace, allowing for a panoramic city view. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making it convenient to access shops, restaurants, and the metro station. I enjoyed the sauna and the quality of the provided shampoo, body gel, and conditioner. However, there is no gym and indoor swimming pool for a workout and exercise. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll likely come back for the next trip. =)

It’s very symbolic hotel because this hotel consists of Paavo Tynell’s fitting lights. Location is very close to Central train station, so it is so much comfortable. But, the room was too much big 😅 for me. If you have any schedule to outside to Helsinki, highly recommend here.

Friendly staff and clean hotel

The location is good, close to surrounding attractions. The front desk of the hotel is friendly. After looking at the ID, I found that I was given a large piece of chocolate as a blessing for my birthday the next day.

Breakfast is included for all guests in this hotel, but Ctrip charged us extra for breakfast, which is not very kind to a loyal customer like me.

I must give the hotel and Ctrip 5 stars. Due to visa timing issues, I had to cancel one night of the 2 nights I originally booked and the other night had to be brought forward one day. Although the order cannot be returned or changed, I still contacted Ctrip customer service with the idea of ​​giving it a try. The customer service lady negotiated with the hotel very responsibly, and finally the hotel agreed, thumbs up. Because I had to check out very early, it was not breakfast time at the hotel yet. The beautiful woman at the front desk prepared a packed breakfast for us when we checked out. The location of the hotel is also great, right next to the central train station, and a few minutes' walk from attractions and shopping malls. The hotel rooms are also spacious. All in all perfect.
