The hotel is new and smart. The rooms are big and the service is good. The design style is also what I like. This is the most satisfactory hotel in the entire Nordic trip. The only problem is that the breakfast is not suitable for Chinese people.

We tried to book a "flash sale" price. After member log-in in the reservation system prices pumped up and the flash sale was no longer available. We have heard that the hotel has some financial difficulties and now we don't wonder that all. As locals we would have liked to support a local hotel for a staycation but now instead we saved all the money.

Awesome, like a boutique hotel. Calm, reassuring inner decoration. Great service. Had a junior spasuite, which really is not a suite: executive standard room with a spacious bathroom and a genuine Finnish sauna, the best I have seen in with any hotel room. The location is good in original unspoilt old Helsinki and within walking distance of about anything in Helsinki. Highly recommended

There are plenty of high end hotels in Helsinki but this is far more than a high end hotel. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are stepping into a palace. The service was exceptional. The room was one of the best rooms we've ever stayed in (on par with the top brands of the world). The food was incredible. The spa is an amazing experience. I cannot recommend this enough. While Helsinki only needs a few days, if you are coming through Helsinki on your way to/from other Finland experiences, this is the best place to recharge.
