The hotel is located in a small town and does not have the supporting facilities of a normal hotel. There is no place to have afternoon tea or coffee. The restaurant is outsourced for events and there is no place to sit in the bar. There was no heating at night, just cold air. It's just a homestay. I am very dissatisfied. Breakfast has to wait until 8 o'clock, which is the latest in Copenhagen. It is not from the perspective of customer service.
