因同事出差到和林格爾，讓我幫忙定一間房。我從攜程看到這家酒店，網上顯示還剩最後一間大床房，就立刻訂完後訊息轉發給同事，同事點進去顯示還有房間，因訊息未溝通原因，同事又重複預訂了一次。晚上酒店也沒打電話諮詢什麼時候入住。隔了三天，找同事要錢時，才發現重複預訂了，聯繫酒店沒有協調成功，反饋給攜程也末協調成功，酒店一直不同意退款全部或是部分，也未對出現損失的住客給個歉意之類的説法，所以對這家酒店的服務挺失望的。

這酒店是真的坑，寫的是兩份早餐，結果就給了一包這個奶酪，兩份早餐就是25的標準，你沒有早餐就不要再平台寫，這純屬坑人，再也不會去了，一次失敗的出差旅行！房間也沒電話，同事房間裏還有男人的內褲在那裡掛着！真坑

房間整潔，較為乾淨，走廊鋪設地毯，能減少噪音，房間內還有暖氣。就是早上酒店附近有點吵。酒店雖然沒有早餐，但是附近的吃的還挺多。總的來説還可以。
