Atour has always been very good. I often come here on business trips. When I heard that Atour had opened, I checked in immediately. The environment and room were very good. I like Atour's decoration style. The pillows and mattresses were very comfortable. I was also given a free room upgrade.
But I hope the service can keep up with the level of Atour in other areas. After all, I stayed for a week and asked for the room to be cleaned every day. I mentioned it several times. Shouldn't this be a basic operation? The room was not cleaned every day. The service in Atour has always been good. I hope it can be improved.
