Waren im Café was kleines essen und trinken. Gibt keine großen Mahlzeiten sondern nur eher Kaffee / Kuchen. Flammenkuchen ist etwas größer und empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist normal freundlich. Plätze konnte man sich draußen einfach aussuchen.

Wollte im Restaurant essen. Wollte! Sass alleine im Restaurant, auf der Terrasse waren ein paar Tische besetzt. Im Service 4 Damen, also genug Personal. Beim eintreten standen die 4 zusammen und diskutieren eifrig miteinander. Ich wurde nicht mal beachtet oder begrüsst. Nach 15 Minuten kamen 4 neue Gäste die sofort bedient wurden. Ich sass immer noch da, ohne dass ich Bestellen konnte. Ich hatte schon die Erfahrung gemacht, dass man in den Restaurants auf Helgoland als allein Reisende nicht gerne gesehen wird. Man besetzt einen Tisch mit nur 1 Person, dabei könnte man den Tisch für 2 oder 4 Personen verkaufen. Also wartete ich geduldig, machte mich immer wieder mal bemerkbar, wurde aber nicht beachtet. Nach 40 Minuten ist mir, dann der Geduldsfaden gerissen und verliess das Restaurant. So ein mieser Service ist mir noch nie passiert. Als Wirt hätte ich das Personal gefeuert. Denen war das gemeinsame Quasseln wichtiger, wie ihre Arbeit. Als ich nach draussen ging habe ich auch mitbekommen wie ein Gast zum Service sagte: Sind sie immer so unfreundlich?“ Anscheinend ist dieses gebaren im Hanseat normal.

Wir waren für 3 Tage als Gäste in diesem Hotel. Sehr schönes Doppelzimmer im zweiten Stock. Alles ordentlich und sauber. Gutes Frühstück, und auch sonst gutes Essen. Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Toller Blick vom Balkon. Super zentrale Lage. Gemütlicher Außenbereich mit Gastronomie. - Wir werden wohl wieder dort wohnen bei einem weiteren Besuch.

Sehr schoene Wohnung 5.Etage herrlicher Blick ueber die Ostsee. 2Zimmer.Alles was man braucht vorhanden. Sehr sauber gehalten trotz Hundehaltung. Haus insgesamt sehr ruhig 5 min. zum Strand Hunde strand. Einkauf CA. 15 min Fahrrad. Rewe Aldi netto Lokale Strand promenade 20. 25MIN.fussweg.
