We stayed at this hotel as our usual one had closed due to the owners moving on. Hotel was awesome! Great history of Helgoland on show throughout the hotel. The rooms were well decorated and furnished to a high standard. Staff were attentive and the breakfast tremendous. We shall definitely return. My Grandmother was born on Helgoland and I shall always return. It’s a very special place.

We had a spacious room with harbour view, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the rich breakfast. Especially the garden of the hotel is worth mentioning, one could spent days there, just relaxing and enjoying the view over the harbour.

Aufgrund der sehr lütten Konkurrenz ist das Hotel vermutlich mindestens eines der Besten auf der Insel. Zimmer ganz ok, Bad aber abgewohnt und unmittelbar neben dem Bett und nur durch eine dünne Schiebetür getrennt. Top Lage! Frühstück war gut! Rezeption sehr freundlich!

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, sauberes Zimmer und Bad, nettes Personal. Freibier in der Minibar überraschte uns positiv. Seeseitig eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf Düne und Hafen.

Unser Aufenthalt ist von Anfang bis Ende sehr positiv zu sehen. Das Zimmer stand direkt bei Ankunft zur Verfügung, nicht erst ab 15:30 Uhr wie beschrieben. Die Minibar- Erstausstattung, bestehend aus jeweils 2 Prosecco, Bier und Wasser, war kostenfrei. Ebenso die Kaffee- Kapselmaschine mit verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen und Heißwasserbereiter mit div. Teesorten. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend, was sowohl die Qualität als auch die Quantität. Es wurde ständig Aufschnitt, Brot/Brötchen, Lachs und alles Andere nachgelegt. Sekt und versch. Säfte standen zur Auswahl, ebenso Kaffeespezialitäten. Der Saunabereich ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet, kostenlos wird Mineralwasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung wurde ein Sekt gereicht, und auf Besonderheiten der Insel hingewiesen.

Wir hatten aufgrund einer Empfehlung von Freunden eine Suite gebucht. Die Aussicht war wirklich total schön. Leider waren die Räume ziemlich durchgerockt, der Fußboden teilweise kaputt, in der Dusche fielen Fliesen von der Wand, die Betten durchgelegen. Das hat uns enttäuscht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und auch das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich. Nach Rücksprache mit unseren Freunden ist diese Suite nicht der Rickmers Standard und wir haben wahrscheinlich nur Pech gehabt. Trotzdem waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht.

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal und: das Frühstücksbuffet ist der Knüller. Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Karte. Mega. Direkt am Anleger von Halunder Jet. Super schöner Garten. Der Ausblick vorne direkt aufs Wasser. Ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt!

Ein Kurzurlaub, an dem es nichts zu meckern gab - nicht einmal übers Wetter. Der Empfang im Hotel war überaus freundlich, das Zimmer auch schon mittags bezugsfertig und wir freuten uns über das tolle Zimmer mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war vorzüglich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das reichhaltige Frühstück und das freundliche Personal. Wir wurde überall im Haus mit einem munteren Moin begrüßt. Wir kommen wieder!!
