We stayed at this hotel as our usual one had closed due to the owners moving on. Hotel was awesome! Great history of Helgoland on show throughout the hotel. The rooms were well decorated and furnished to a high standard. Staff were attentive and the breakfast tremendous. We shall definitely return. My Grandmother was born on Helgoland and I shall always return. It’s a very special place.

The proximity to the harbour could not be closer! Good location.
The room was small but clean. The area near the sliding door had a table, 2 chairs and 2 foot stools. It felt very cramped.
We spent Aus$977 for 2 nights and had to ask for fresh towels for the 2nd day and tea bags, 4 tea bags were provided. It seemed a bit paltry.
The reason given was to be environmentally friendly.
After requesting, which I do not like to do, the items were provided.
The room bin was emptied unasked at the same time of dropping the items off, but I would have expected house service to make the bed as well.
There was a nice intro to the island provided by the receptionist with a glass of bubbly.
The garden had lots of little sitting areas to be either secluded or to take in the beautiful view.
The breakfast is not to be missed! A great experience and it could not be any better!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Ihnen. Das Ambiente und Ausstattung war wirklich klasse. Die Mitarbeiter waren immer wirklich hilfsbereit und man hatte bei Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr und bekam auch tolle Vorschläge. Ihr Frühstück war wirklich ganz klasse.

wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Hafen in der Dependance, zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet, supersauber, alles da, was man gerne hätte. Im Bad wäre eine Möglichkeit Handtücher zu hängen noch gut. Erwähnen möchte ich, dass wir trotz mehrmaliger kurzfristiger Umbuchung (Fähre fuhr nicht) keine Probleme hatten und keinen Aufpreis zahlen mussten, wir sind sehr dankbar!

Beste Lage zum Hafen, Gepäcktransport ist nicht notwendig. Sehr sauber und alles professionell Abgewickelt (z.B. zugebuchte Pakete mit Picknickkorb) Familienzimmer nicht mit Meerblick verfügbar. Frühstück habe ich mir bei dem sonstigen Niveau des Hotels etwas umfangreicher vorgestellt und außer ganz früh etwas zu überlaufen und eng (Hotel was ausgebucht).

Hervorragend gelegen, mit einem wunderbaren schönen Garten und ausgezeichneten Blick auf Hafen und Düne, sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal, gutem Frühstück und Essen am Abend, haben wir einen tollen Urlaub verbringen dürfen. Wir waren überrascht von der Vielfältigkeit und den unterschiedlichen Möglichkeiten auf der Insel und bedanken uns herzlich für die schöne Zeit beim Team!
