Unfortunately we could not stay here, I had to take my family down the street to a different hotel. The room was damp feeling, mildew smell and stains all over the e bed and couch. I walked in the room and turned around and walked right back out. Couldn’t do it. I do not recommend, I was not eligible for a refund so I paid for two rooms that night. If your staying in Helen, GA just book a room at the Holiday Inn Express.

Nice older hotel walkable for town good parking. No cable tv Wi-Fi only unusable for me ( 70 not high tech ), shower curtain rod was almost off the wall breakfast and coffee nothing special and a parking charge I don’t understand at all ? Plenty of hotels in town I don’t think I would stay there again

room was recently remodeled,looked good and clean.
did not upgrade shower faucet, condition was poor.
Tub was very slippery with no mat. I consider this dangerous. Was overall good room for the price.
