房間環境很好 衞生打掃的很乾凈 前台妹子長的也很漂亮 客房服務員也很熱情 早餐種類也特別好 尤其是麪點做的很好吃 下次來玩我還是會選擇希岸

退房衣服遺留在房間，去取的時候4月26日上午前台當班的外個女的説話激進，態度蠻狠惡劣（可調監控去看），住這麼多次酒店還沒見過這麼種幹服務行業的人，好像誰欠她一樣。

早上出去一趟，客房打掃了房間，更換了礦泉水，衞生間有瓶剩下半瓶打開的礦泉水，忘記是否自己放在那裡就喝下，喝下後感覺胃不舒服噁心想吐，之後吐了一大堆

還行吧，臨時選的酒店，服務和態度不錯，硬件也就那樣，早餐可就一般了，太一般了，看了都沒食慾。跟價位不匹配，送的水果還是爛的

服務熱情，免費升級了房型。衞生很乾凈，裝修有格調，衞生間寬敞，乾濕分離。停車方便，地面停車場車位不少，還有地庫，免費停車。應該算賀蘭最舒適的酒店了

前台服務也很貼心，辦理入住時告知有小孩，需要小童拖鞋，不僅提供了小童拖鞋還送了小禮品。可能跟天氣也有關係，在這裏就不贅述了😜

這家酒店真的超讚！它的位置非常優越，旁邊是銀川最大的夜市，可謂美食一條街，交通也十分便利 ，離高鐵站就十幾分鐘的路程，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，酒店的設施也非常智能化，有影音房間，可以免費看電影，在這裏可以享受到高品質的服務和舒適的住宿。工作人員也非常友善和熱情，為我們提供了很多有用的建議和幫助，此外，酒店的餐廳也非常出色，種類很豐富，總之，我非常推薦這家酒店，無論您是商務旅行還是休閑度假，都是很不錯的選擇。

房間很好，周圍有超市，旁邊的飯店也很好吃，馬路對面還有燒烤廣場，停車場無論地面還是地下都很充足。附近吃的也很多，沒必要住在銀川市中心，住這裏，開車去銀川都很方便。

一些設施故障：
1、房卡刷不了電梯，在前台多次重置，早上還是會刷不了電梯
2、門鎖鏈條壞的，聯繫酒店工作人員給更換了
3、窗簾一開始打不開，開窗簾按鈕無效，後工作人員調整後可使用
4、洗護用品有些都空了，説了之後第二天加上了
另有一些設施不太好用：
1、馬桶沖水按鈕要非常使勁才按得下去，同行人定的另一間房也是如此。
2、枕頭旁邊有一個空調面板、一個智能中控面板，晚上關不掉，巨亮，光禿禿的牆，也沒辦法遮。。。。
3、洗漱枱麪特別小，放洗漱包的地方都沒有，洗澡也沒有地方放乾淨衣服
4、抽紙是臭的
5、床墊太軟，三天沒睡好，睡完這個床，腰了好多天，今天都還痛。
6、有蕎麥枕和乳膠枕，但是都不舒服，一個太高，一個太軟，睡完頭痛脖子痛
7、熱水摸着膩膩的，怎麼洗都感覺手上一層滑膩膩的東西，開冷水一下就洗掉了。
其他：早餐還行吧，味道一般般，但是能吃飽，營養也能跟上。空調也很給力，開了空調之後，房間挺暖和。大床房，三個晚上一共送了一次水果（兩個香梨，一個酸奶，一包花生），不知道是不是額外送的就送了那一包。
三晚850，這個價格在賀蘭縣算很高的了，體驗説實話很糟，今年夏天定過一次希岸，那次住着挺好，這次才又定了他們家，結果很失望。
另外同行人住的另一間房，剛進去就很大一股煙味，當時也沒別的房間了，換不了。
