The hotel is located right at the border gate, making it extremely convenient for travelers like me departing in the evening for an early morning trip to Kunming the next day. The staff were exceptionally helpful—they ensured a swift check-in and even booked a taxi for us to Hekou Station early the following morning. Our room was clean.
A minor note: Due to the building’s layout, you’ll need to carry your luggage a short distance to the mezzanine floor, even though there’s an elevator. The elevator itself is also a bit slow.
