房間很好，乾淨衞生，每個房間都有暖氣片，公共客廳裏空調也一直開着，一進房間就很暖和。房間隔音很好，聽不到外面和隔壁的聲音。度假村裡有早餐可以吃，就在獨庫公路旁邊，非常便捷，景色也很好，在度假村內就能看到雪山和草原。五星好評

前台和服務員態度熱情，響應需求迅速，被套、枕套、床單都是新換的，沒有任何污漬或毛髮，躺上去很安心。淋浴間的水垢和地漏清潔度遠超預期，毛巾質地柔軟，體驗感拉滿！退房時還主動詢問住宿反饋，追求更好的服務顧客。

房間打掃的很乾凈，地板、桌面、浴室均無污漬，連角落都打掃得很細緻。毛巾和浴巾潔白柔軟，無明顯異味或潮濕感，補充的洗漱用品質量很好。 窗外景觀很棒，都是綠色草原和綠色的山。曬曬傍晚的夕陽，感覺自己很自由。

房間寬敞明亮，設施非常齊全，空調、電視、Wi-Fi 都很給力，衞生細節滿分，連遙控器和開關都擦得鋥亮，看得出用心。床品舒適度高，床墊軟硬適中，窗簾遮光性很好，讓我一夜好眠。天很藍，陽光很好，空氣清新

乾淨，安靜，服務好，前台小美女，餐廳服務員，所有景區的工作人員都非常熱情友好。文化村設施也很齊全，門口就有吃飯的地方，還有商店。離鎮上也很近，文化村後面500米就是巴音布魯克景區的大門口。推薦入住！

環境還可以，門口辦理入住的和迎賓的小哥都挺熱情，選擇了延遲退房到兩點，保潔阿姨一點過來直接刷卡就進來了當時還躺着休息在，沒過兩分鐘又有人來敲門催促退房。離退房時間還有一個小時，兩次三番催促。搞得心情很不好

客房打掃及時，礦泉水有4瓶。 服務員態度友好，有任何需求響應都很快，體驗感很好！ 地板、桌面、牀頭櫃都擦得很乾凈，摸不到灰塵， 沒有水漬或異味，毛巾浴巾潔白蓬鬆，還有淡淡的清香。
