The sanitation is very poor, not proportional to the price. The water is very cold, I dare not take a shower, I can't stand it and come out after two showers. The floor heating is not warm enough, anyway, it is very uncomfortable. I came all the way from northern Xinjiang, and the big bed room of this hotel is not worth the price.

The front desk service was good. We communicated in advance that there were elderly people who needed quietness, and the front desk thoughtfully found a quiet floor and upgraded the room type. The front desk has no authority. I couldn't refund my room just ten minutes after booking. The manager was not there and didn't care about the guests. Two people ordered 4 breakfasts, two double rooms, and couldn't refund two breakfasts. There is no authority at all. Two breakfasts cost nearly 50 yuan. Three dishes and steamed buns. I can't speak. In the future, when I come to such a strange city, I'd better not listen to what is said on the Internet. The hygiene is also average.
