淋浴間漏水嚴重，洗完澡隔壁的衞生間全是水。兩個擦手巾是黃的！一家新開的酒店毛巾居然是黃的而且很舊！樓道和電梯有煙味，五星酒店門口沒有門僮也沒有禮賓。門口在割他們的石頭招牌，全是煙灰，地下車庫坐電梯還得上台階，不知道怎麼設計的，客人得自己搬着行李上完台階才能坐電梯。去洗衣服，整個四樓黑的不行，讓服務員現開燈，而且完全沒有指示牌。好傢伙看完洗衣機更要命，桶裏都是泡沫，另一台桶裏膠皮凹槽那裡都是洗衣液的淤泥！電梯是兩面開，你要按錯方向，開門的時候讓你嚇一跳。問酒店水是否管夠，前台説除了房間裏的可以再給8瓶，超出的要收費，説實話8瓶夠兩個大人喝，我們小孩也喝不了多少，但現如今沒有哪家四星五星酒店還有這樣的規定，真是讓人開了眼了，不過也是，山西的酒店除了晉祠不錯，其他的都……不愧是山西人。住過的五星酒店裡倒數第二差的，咱都不和四星的比。

五星推薦！！！位置很好找，交通也很方便，有免費停車場，前台服務員以及客房大姐人都很好，有什麼問題都能及時解決，走的時候落下了東西，也是很快速就給我打了電話並送到了門口，很感謝。酒店類型屬於我比較喜歡的類型之一，很現代，這次獨自出行感覺很不錯，臨走還送了伴手禮！謝謝如果有機會來還會選擇！

房間很大，五一比較良心，漲價不多，浴缸挺大，房間還有膠囊咖啡機（雖然使用時候出現故障），配置不錯，還送了入駐水果，誠信滿滿。

酒店停車方便，有自己的停車場。房間比較大。有雙洗臉池，洗漱便捷。同時衞生間和浴室獨立分開，洗漱，洗澡，上廁所互不幹擾，功能區相互分開。相關配套設施完善，吹風機等設施都是一線品牌，很好用。
