五一黃金假期也沒漲價～良心酒店😂前台很熱情，不管是入住還是退房，盡一切可能滿足我們的需求～房間面積很大，一家三口住都覺得很寬敞～床品很舒服，洗澡間再改善一下就好了😅習慣用上面的大花灑，但是要想洗澡，水温調好之前得先被涼水澆一下，要在涼水沖擊下調水温😳但是下次再來河間還住這家店！！服務很到位～河間人很熱情～很温柔！暖暖的

一樓大廳很明亮整潔，地理位置很棒，房間乾淨的沒話説，洗澡水很舒服，工作人員很熱情，每次進出都會打招呼，周邊環境很好，附近吃飯的地方多，交通方便，很好，非常滿意的酒店！

自駕北京途經河間，中途住休整一晚，5星是給的前台員工好評，有什麼需求也能滿足。給個建議，洗衣房的洗烘不太好用，使用起來不方便，最好能貼上使用教程，還有樓層卡衹限到入住樓層，不能直接到達洗衣房的樓層，望改進這些問題方便之後的旅客更方便使用酒店提供的設施。在河間，喆啡酒店算是最好的可選酒店了，硬件還是不錯的，床品也挺舒服。但房間的衞生真的達不上連鎖舒適酒店，電梯的地毯很大味道，上下時密封空間聞着難受。房間的地毯很多雜物垃圾，好像一直沒吸過塵。上一客人在房間用餐的油漬還清晰可見🤣，希望做好服務的同時注意好最基礎的客房衞生。
