We booked 3 rooms for 5 days in June. One of our party is severely disabled with very limited mobility. On arrival we were dismayed to find that despite several messages to the hotel in advance, the property is NOT wheelchair accessible contrary to what the hotel stated on ***********. The rudimentary stairlift is not appropriate for a disabled immobile person and is actually dangerous as it doesn’t lie flush with the floor at the top. We spent half an hour with the manager Bedran Tas who was very unsympathetic and not interested in our situation. He didn’t care at all and just kept refusing to refund us for the 3 nights we would not be able to stay at the hotel due to it not being wheelchair accessible. Other false claims on hotel’s listing:- a 24 hour front desk - a lie as all the staff leave the property by 21.00, a garden - none there, soundproof rooms - what a joke, it’s ridiculously noisy from traffic and nearby establishments and room service…… none of the rooms has a telephone and no staff on site after 21.00!! The rooms are very Spartan and ridiculously hot with no air conditioning and it’s impossible to leave windows open due to traffic noise. One of our rooms also had an infestation of ants on the surfaces as well as floors. Only one fridge was working out of the 3 rooms we booked. No travelcot was provided either. All in all this “hotel” was awful, similar to the type of place where rooms are booked by the hour…… We left the establishment first thing the following morning and went to stay elsewhere.
