The hotel is very tastefully decorated. The reception is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, you are not informed that if you stay for 4 days, the room will not be cleaned or the towels changed unless you ask for it. It is a shame that hotels now see this as standard. At the beginning there was a drinks voucher and now nothing is done and the guest has to ask for everything like a supplicant and that even with higher room prices. Tip: you get a bathrobe for the sauna... you just have to ask at reception 😉

It was a very nice stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortably furnished. The service was top notch. Unfortunately, I do have one small criticism. The tiles in the shower are very slippery and there is no way to hold on. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Top hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. The hotel is in the industrial area of ​​Heilbronn with a direct view of the Neckar. It is very quiet and idyllic here at the weekend. We will definitely be back.

Habitacion grande , como nueva, decoracion bonita y moderna, camas comodas y grandes. Limpieza excelente.buen desayuno.

The desk was very helpful and gave me the room i wanted (Facing the Neckar, away from the Lift, on a silent floor). The room itself was nicely decorated, but has a certain bleakness. Guess thats the way Harbr wants to be viewed? The concrete walls on the floors are following that bleakness. Bathroom was big, and comfortable. The Chair in the room is nice to look at, but not really something to sit on. It was rather cold outside in February, and the room itself didnt offer the warmth i need. Next time i will bring my own blanket. I got a cold that night and couldnt try out the breakfast. Otherwise this is a fine place to stay in Heilbronn. There arent many good hotels in Heilbronn, so please, check this Hotel. Parking is free outside on the weekends in the street leading to the Harbr. If you are a tourist be sure to avoid the inner city of Heilbronn at Night. This Hotel is somewhat outside from the center of Heilbronn and thus i can recommend it.

Beautiful really clean room with excellent bathroom contemporary styling. Free parking on site. Amazing breakfast with plenty of selection just off the autobahn nicely located by the River. Ideally for a transit stop. Friendly staff, highly recommend.

Stayed there two nites and it was a nice accomodation. Breaky was good quaility and also broad variety like scrambled eggs, yogurt, bread, cereals, vegetables and so forth. Hote room was huge and with a good shower. If you dont go by car, it is quiet challenging to approach the hotel: public bus has strange routes and time-table and the path from main station, not far away and along some lakes, is interrupted by a huge working area...not the hotels fault, of course.

Modern hotel with attention to detail, very spacious rooms, there were 3 of us and our son was given a very large sofa bed. Spacious bathroom with large shower, excellent cleanliness, excellent and very varied breakfast. Situated in a good location.

Top city hotel, nice rooms, friendly reception and service, great sauna/wellness area. Also good fitness equipment. Breakfast was good, bed was also good. Quiet, modern air conditioning. Surrounding area is great for families, as there are many playgrounds. The nearest restaurant is about 1.5 km away.

Slept here on the way to winter sports. We arrived late at night and received a very friendly welcome. Everything was explained. We had two rooms next to each other. Rooms were spacious enough, neat, clean and cozy. No noise pollution. We left again in the morning for breakfast and again received friendly help at reception. Will definitely come back again. The restaurant and bar looked very cozy, hopefully next time I will have time to go there.
