Hotels near Nanxi Spring in Heihe

Booked this hotel through Ctrip.com. There are some good and bad reviews online, but in the end I wanted to experience it myself. After arriving at the hotel, the impression at the front desk and lobby was average. The waiters/clerks did not greet customers and send them to the store. There were clerks sitting in the lobby when arriving and leaving the store, but they did not want to help the guests move. They lacked service awareness. The room size is okay and relatively comfortable. But the room hardware facilities are old and the quality is not good enough. The sanitary conditions are average, the towels are old and dark in color. The soundproofing of the room was poor, and the sounds of talking and fighting in the next room were clearly audible. Breakfast is poor, with few varieties and no meat dishes. It was said to be 7:00-8:30, but on the first morning when I went there at 7:50 there were basically no dishes. I told the waiter to order more. After talking for a long time, some shredded potatoes were served. The only staple food is steamed buns, flower rolls and fried dough sticks, both of which are cold. There are millet porridge, stick ball porridge, and soy milk, which is good. Eggs are limited to one per person, and there is a dedicated waiter to distribute them to guests, which makes people laugh and cry. Too small-minded and too small-scale! These are the ones that come to my mind, and the rest is left to the customer service’s judgment and decision.

It's a pity that such a hotel is located in such a small city. The price/performance ratio is super high, and it is very clean. You can smell the grass and see the volcano when you open the window. The scenery is beautiful! Service: The waiter at the front desk is super patient to help us introduce the route of the scenic spot. This is a must-choice when you come to Wudalianchi!

The location of the hotel is good, almost in the center of many attractions. There is a large parking lot in front of the door. In the morning, you can order meals for ten yuan per person, with eggs and four side dishes. The lobby is on the second floor. You have to carry your luggage and go up the steps before there is an elevator inside. The sanitation is good, the bath is dry or wet. The price/performance ratio is good here at this time.

The rooms in this homestay are warm, comfortable and clean, the location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to go to the scenic spot. There are two rooms that are large and the bathrooms are large. I can actually book such a good homestay at this price. The landlord is very warm and caring, recommending many local special and relatively cheap restaurants and places to play for us. It is a treasure home in this beautiful small city of Wudalianchi.

Russian aunts and uncles come here for vacation and recuperation (TCM treatment). The attitude at the front desk is a bit cold when you check in, but the aunt who cleans the room will take the initiative. Say hello, I went out for a walk in the evening and found that there is a place in the hotel dedicated to Russian business. There are Chinese commodities from all over the world, such as tea and so on. If you see the price, the Chinese will never buy there. What I particularly criticized is that the breakfast is divided. There are two buildings. We went to the Foreign Guests Building. We didn’t see a single foreigner. I wonder if the Russians were put in one building to create segregation? Moreover, the breakfast in the foreign guest building is very simple, just steamed buns, pickles, porridge and the like. The foreign guest building is full of Chinese people. Are they using this to entertain the common people and model workers? I don’t know if there are double standards with the Russians. This is completely at the level of a four-star hotel and a two-star country B&B. The hot springs and other things inside are very expensive at 180 per person, but the high-quality and free Wudalianchi spring water is clear and thirst-quenching. It was the first and last time. Stayed here once!

Cheap but a bit poor

Wudalianchi Petroleum Hotel is strategically located, only minutes away from Wudalianchi Scenic Area Passenger Transport Station. The hotel has a beautiful environment, sanitary and clean, and warm and thoughtful service. I am on the night flight on the 10th, and I can check out at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. After discussing with Mr. Tong Sheng, I will be allowed to check out late for free. Thank you very much for this! In addition, the breakfast is also very rich, with many kinds of side dishes, polenta, white porridge, and steamed buns. Lunch and dinner can also be served in the hotel’s kitchen. The price is not expensive and the taste is good. In addition, the hotel has free parking and a gym. Therefore, I recommend staying at Wudalianchi Petroleum Hotel!

The proprietress always smiles! The eyes are very beautiful looking at you! She is easy-going and cheerful! The boss is also enthusiastic and proactive to help! The bed facilities in the room are very narrow! But the surroundings are clean! It was built in the new district! The facilities need to be strengthened but it is a pleasant night to think of! Good memories of the journey!
