驚喜！沒想到性價比超級高，卧具舒適，酒店裡設施嶄新，裝潢國際範兒，營地面積大，好風景，非常滿意，強烈推薦。

酒店硬件不錯，服務不足，到店時前台沒人，房間內衹配兩瓶330ml的飲用水，再需要的話就要去餐廳購買，有餐廳但沒餐食，早餐要提前一天預訂，而且衹是套餐。到外面晚餐後回到酒店，居然碰上停電，空曠的邊境網上漆黑一團，除了前台外，沒看見有服務員了。作為一家旅遊酒店，有很大提升的空間。酒店的窗户過小，

房子看着很新，洗澡水不好忽冷忽熱的，而且下水不通，洗完澡水都流出去了！！最差勁的是服務員的服務，根本沒服務可言！！入住的時候反覆確認怎麼吃早飯，明確告訴我早上8:30餐廳人員上班之後過去就行，當時就很疑惑餐廳人員這麼晚上班嗎？！早飯要這麼晚才開始嗎？！雖然心有疑惑還是選擇了相信服務員！！結果早上去了發現餐廳連個人影都沒有，根本沒人，問了都説要提前訂，請問你們服務人員把顧客當猴子耍呢！！前不着村後不着地的鬼地方出門也找不到吃的，餐廳還不開，還欺騙顧客！！實在是忍無可忍！！還有入住的時候也沒有告知停車要收費，要拿出門條，到了大門口才被告知如果要免停車費還要去大堂拿出門券！！！非常差勁的體驗！！

其他房型沒住過不評論，我住的龍江民居不是很滿意，衞生不乾淨，桌子上有燒烤汁沒擦乾淨，床品也不乾淨，床單有血印子。晚上沒有夜間服務人員，打電話給前台也沒辦法及時解決，幸虧我帶了一次性床品，才能入睡。前台説第二天將問題反映給經理，我直到退房也沒接到任何反饋電話和道歉訊息。
