Light Luxury Hotel(Heihe Heilongjiang Riverside)

Excellent hotel. New, modern, comfortable, perfectly clean. European furnishings, luxury quality bed linen and towels. Coffee machine with capsules for different tastes.

The room was renovated and looks nice. The room was clean, but it smelled of cigarettes and the refrigerator was broken and unusable. Not only the room, but the whole hotel, including the hallways and lobby, smelled of cigarettes. I was surprised that the staff was smoking in the lobby! The front desk staff at check-in were so rude that I never want to stay there again. The front desk staff and cleaning staff only talked among themselves and didn't even speak to guests. Especially towards foreigners staying there, their attitude was bad and I only felt bad. The front desk staff talked about various things because they thought I didn't understand Chinese, but I can speak Chinese and understood everything. In a word, the staff is the worst. The room smells of cigarettes, but the facilities and amenities are solid. Another negative point is that the shower room quickly fills with water, probably because of poor drainage. I've stayed in hotels all over China so far, and this one left the worst impression. I was planning to stay a few nights if I liked it, but I checked out after one night and moved to another hotel the next day. There are no restaurants in the area. You can either eat out or take a walk to the center. Well, I won't stay there again and I don't recommend it for foreigners to stay there.
