Отель новый, в номерах очень чисто, белье и полотенца белоснежные и мягкие. Звукоизоляция отличная. На завтраке есть хороший кофе, в Хэйхэ это редко бывает в отелях. Персонал доброжелательный, старается помочь при любых вопросах.
