This hotel in heihe got a lot of Russian with 80% of them. The location is good with lots of eatery around the vicinity. But the hotel staff are not very friendly. They do not help us with the luggage at the lify lobby with steps.

Отличный отель, удобно расположен в 2х минутах хотьбы до пешеходной улицы. Завтрак (шведский стол) вкусный, продукты свежие,на выбор несколько блюд. Всё чисто аккуратно, посторонние запахи отсутствует.

我們一行四人8:00多鍾到的酒店，衹想先寄存行李沒想到酒店前台直接給升級了房間辦理入住，房間內非常寬敞舒適沒有衞生死角。整體感覺性價比非常的高，前台和搞衞生的服務人員都非常的熱情和耐心服務到位！下次再到黑河旅遊一定會繼續光顧！

設施比較新，電視不能看直播，細節衞生稍差，床很乾凈，房間收拾的不好，毛巾浴巾用過的也沒換新，垃圾也沒收拾，前台服務態度很不錯！早餐太一般，建議外面吃

環境：位置好，離江邊近，對岸就是俄羅斯的小城。
