酒店在火車站斜對面，交通出行很方便，新開業，設施全新，乾淨整潔，前台服務很熱情，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，在黑河因該屬於很好的酒店了～～

論設施應該是黑河較好的。
論服務應該是維也納連鎖中較差的，前台一副公事公辦你付款我給房的模式，保安就更差了，長的啥樣就不説了，老是瞪着審視的目光將來客上下打量，洗衣房就更奇葩了，竟然規定上午九點才開門，如果客人要洗衣，必須等到九點才能入內，豈不是浪費客人一上午的時間？！一個洗衣房整的跟機關一樣定點開門，聞所未聞！
總之，這家店裡無温情！

酒店位置絕佳，就在黑河站對面。門前公交車可通往市區各處。酒店新開業不久，各種設施都是嶄新的。智能化程度高，房間內有智能管家“小杜”。前台服務熱情體貼。可以稱得上是完美的入住體驗

房間設施地理位置不用説都很好，價格極不穩定，按説回頭客應該優惠。大前天住的270多點感覺很好，昨天同樣房間320多，今晚280多。咱也不知道攜程的問題還是酒店的問題。

早餐不錯，新裝修的酒店，體驗不錯，唯一住進去，保潔的打掃毛巾留在房間，沒有擱置浴巾，毛巾，地巾，洗髮水，打電話索要好久，衹是沒有想到全國連鎖酒店出現如此狀況。
