The reception guy and lady were very enthusiastic, the service was very good, parking was convenient, and it was a ten-minute drive to Heidelberg.

We stayed one night, to break a journey down through Europe. Its a perfect hotel for that. Its just 2 mins off the A5. The owner and staff are super nice. Top marks for breakfast, it was amazing. The tram stop is across the road, so its easy to get into town. If you're in room 4, the shower floods the bathroom floor, even with the doors fully closed. And the curtains don't cover the window. But hey ho. We would stay again.

I am travelling a lot and thus I spend a lot of time on hotels. At hotel Heidelberg you feel like at home. It's warm and cozy. People are extremely friendly and helpful. And the breakfast is simply fantastic. Nothing to do with those unpersonal buffet where you walk into people or have to cue. There, breakfast is Individualized and already served on the table. Simply best hotel I have ever been; it reminds me my grandparents taking care of you as a child.

Stopped here on way to Switzerland. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed as they produce lovely food, but, they delivered such a lovely snack which filled us up! We have stayed here several times , and found it to be very clean, friendly staff and ample parking. The tram stop is handy if you want to pop into the town , which we did on one occasion. The bed gave us the best sleep ever, it had a new mattress we were informed , and I would have loved to bring it home! We hope to stop over next year , as it’s a perfect place to relax after a long drive.

Convenient location with easy access to both Autobahn and historic Heidelberg via tram stop just outside the door. Free, safe parking. Hotel owners trained in USA and speak fluent English. Unusual for a traditional German hotel, clean rooms are air-conditioned and accessible by elevator. Comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. Wonderful breakfast included in price. Bar offers great food and astounding variety of spirits and cocktails. Car aficionados: take note of hood ornaments displayed in typically "gemütlich" restaurant Stube. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night. Highly recommended!

We were very well received, our child too. Breakfast was complete and served with small onions. The bedding was pleasant and the room spacious. Very very quiet hotel. We didn't eat at the hotel, it was closed. We. Provides a map of Heidelberg and explains how to get to the center.
