We wanted a stopover after long haul flights - South of J’burg. Easy drive to the Hotel. Lovely setting, very quiet. Gavin greeted us, chatted about the background of the hotel & showed us around. It’s a beautiful place & very interesting. Well laid out accommodation with everything we would need for a few days stay, sadly we only had one night. Breakfast in the beautiful dining room, where we met Dina - the breakfast & the conversation were both fabulous- again wish we could have stayed & talked for longer. If we are travelling this way again we would definitely stay again. A great start to our trip.

What an old charm amazing experience and a family feeling that leaves you warm and cozy inside. The rooms a spacious , comfortable and have all requirements. Dina is an incredible and amazingly and wonderful hostess. A must visit when in Heidelberg ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️💯🇿🇦

I was in the area for a wedding over the weekend, and Dina hosted us extremely well, with clear communication if we wanted breakfast the following morning. The suite we stayed in was very clean, well equipped and very spacious. Should I find myself in Heidelberg soon, I will not hesitate to stay at Oak View Manor.

Gavin and Dina went out of their way to make us feel at home. The unit was separate from the main house with its own entrance. Brilliantly layed out and decorated in vintage art deco style. All needed conveniences within the unit. Ample parking.

We held our “ Bridgeton “ theme High Tea Bachelorette at this beautiful Victorian interior stylish house restaurant. Home made high tea treats were served out of vintage tea cups and plates and were so delicious and too pretty to eat. . Oak View Manor is a beautiful house and has a beautiful big garden with garden seating areas and tables. Thank you for hosting our bridal shower and making it special and memorable.

The most beautiful spot for a very special friend’s 40th birthday. The decor, atmosphere and food were out of this world. A true gem! We will definitely be back to this magical venue. For any special occasion with friends or family Oak View Manor is the place to go.

A lovely, relaxed, delicious and generous Sunday lunch at an historical and beautiful small mansion in the middle of Heidelberg, built in 1917. Dina, Gavin and Werna do an amazing job and deserve to be supported all the way. Very reasonably priced table d'hote menu of soup, chicken and lamb mains with delicious veggies (with seconds too) and lovely sticky date pudding with ice cream for dessert. Reasonable prices at around R600 pp, incl wine and service. Beautiful rooms for overnight option also available. Highly recommended!

Diva an amazing woman and host. This is has been my home away from home for some years. A happy place to go after a long day. Dina and Werner are always willing to help and go out there way for their guests. I love it. This trip, I made use of the redecorated upstairs venue. It was private and quite. I could conduct my meeting as if it was in my own office. The ladies catered around our needs as needed. Well done and congrats on new area and my this provide only happiness to all that use it. Keep it up ladies.
