優缺各半。 優點：房嫂是真的在用心做事情的人。發現顧客的房間熱，沒有放取電卡，打掃房間的時候特意留了卡開了空調。發現顧客喝水多，怕不夠特意加了量。多補了水。很有心了。 不足：前台經理衹是多次確認，是否需要多開房卡，但並沒有真的多給一張卡。如果確實是有顧客要過取電卡，你直接多送顧客一張，感受比問十次都有用。而且這個卡也不擔心會丟，顧客要了沒用。這也是我看到房嫂房卡的第一時間想到的，是為什麼這個卡不是經理給我的，那房嫂能想到經理作為管理者，她居然想不到。就很意外。 半夜十二點，送餐機器人居然送錯了餐到我的房間，電話叮咣響直到把我吵醒。我把餐退回去了，前台是能發現的，為什麼沒有補救措施，打擾了顧客不是酒店的失誤造成的麼，是怕經理扣晚班錢。這個事就這麼過去了，你明明能做服務補救，挽留一個顧客。 最後一點就是毛巾沒有檢查，有一條送來的時候就是臟的。 所以真心希望酒店服務以人為本，發自內心的希望顧客好，能感同身受瞭解到顧客的需求。房嫂還是要重點表揚的。整體還是有水準的，同樣差不多的價格，比九馬路那個什麼莎好很多。
