環境：非常好，一進來就有很温馨的感覺
衞生：房間非常乾淨，色調也很温柔，還帶了一個小陽台，可以看見雪景
服務：因為在外面無法及時趕回來，申請延遲退房，可愛的小姐姐幫我們預留了兩個小時延遲退房的時間
設施：進門就感覺到非常温馨，早餐也非常合適

房間非常乾淨，前台服務超級超級好，前台美麗、漂亮又大方，最喜歡他家四十的早餐，好多賓館都達不到這種自助餐規模，有咖啡，有麪包機，有乾煸豆角，有護心肉，有蒸餃，還有正在燙的麪條。我辦的銀卡，有早餐。今天出去辦事回來晚了，前台幫我行李收拾的乾乾淨淨，還熱心幫我打印材料，感謝感謝，服務太好了，舒壓大床房安靜。

房間挺好的 新裝修 位置也還算可以，衹是有火車經過，不開窗户太悶熱燥熱的那種，一進屋熱氣騰騰的熱，其他都還好。房間給準備了足夠的礦泉水，可能也知道比較熱。比較乾燥

設施：標準還是蠻統一，也就是為什麼全季保留選項，房間算是比較大的
衞生：和前台説了不用清潔，入住時候衞生可以
環境：附近比較冷清，不過，城市人也不太多，不算酒店的問題
服務：北方人服務還是稍有些生硬，感覺會有點沖，但是該做的服務都有，前台有咖啡，但是製冰機沒開，有點不足。

酒店獨立，且乾淨衞生，説是21年開的但是整體都很新，停車場很寬敞，前台服務不錯，早餐吃的舒心。唯一的硬傷是位置在火車道旁邊，對噪音比較敏感的一定要升級要靠停車場側房間

酒店環境非常安靜，又安靜，來着停車方便，保潔人員非常熱情，打掃得也乾淨，很利索。前台服務也非常周到，在鶴崗住三四天每天都很滿意，特別是酒店服務人員整體水平很高，真正幫客人解決問題，幫助客人從小事就能看出來，在大堂休息的時候，還要了杯咖啡品嚐，退房還送了小禮品，景色優美，祝越來越好。

能聽見火車鳴笛聲但是關上窗户不算太吵。有智能語音控制但是衹能識別出很少的指令。
特別表演礦泉水充足，竟然有八瓶，真是讓人感覺非常好。床墊也很舒服。樓下有不少停車位。
