帶着八十多歲的老爸老媽和妹妹一家三口，小妹妹和孩子一共八口人入住。賓館高大上，賓館非常乾淨。有電梯。房間有觀景陽台。前台和服務員態度特別好。定了二個三人間，是套間，三張床。一個雙人間，老爸老媽非常滿意。價格也特別實惠。都是160以內。酒店很好找，前面有停車位。旁邊就是鶴崗天水湖公園，晚上公園廣場特別熱鬧，看看夜景也很好。酒店附近有早市，市場有早餐。非常好的酒店，會推薦的。

靠湖邊近，因為預訂房型不含早所以單獨購買了早餐。結果八點去衹有饅頭和鹹菜，菜全光了，粥也全沒有。可見服務意識淡薄，無法提供就不要售賣。花了冤枉錢，所以住店的請自己料理好早餐。

酒店除了房間大，性價比不高，洗漱用品牙刷太差，沒有礦泉水，床墊上直接就是床單，定了三個房間，417房間電視不能看，衞生間下水道堵塞，漫水，枱面積水，被子枕頭老油味嚴重，周圍吃喝不方便，要走2公里左右才有市場和小吃店飯店，因為不方便，所以花10元在酒店自助餐，每人一個雞蛋，其他小菜燒菜自助，口感一般，不過小米粥不錯，真實點評供大家參考。
