The sanitation is very dirty, there are bones all over the place, I was shocked when I saw it suddenly, it was a bit scary, I lived alone, and I didn't sleep well all night.

酒店地理位置很好，樓下就是早市，離時代廣場也不遠，購物方便。酒店服務很專業，前台熱情周到，房嫂勤快細緻。酒店房間很暖和，很乾凈，房間裏還有個小冰箱，很貼心，早餐很棒。酒店門前有停車位，也有自己的地下停車場，自駕出行停車不用愁。住了兩天很滿意，5分好評。

應該是鶴崗市老四星賓館，裝修比較老式，設施還是比較完整的，衞生乾淨還是不錯的，早餐可以，有地下一層停車場，車位不多，周圍吃飯還算方便。

房間設施很差：冷水龍頭放出來的是温水，明顯是酒店內管道出現問題，酒店也不解決；浴室地面不平，下水道口地面高，洗澡水積在地上，人衹能站在臟水中洗澡。
服務態度極差：當我們向客房部經理耿女士反映房間內存在的問題時，她連續兩次竟然説“如果你們認為房間設施差，我可以介紹你們去住五星級酒店”，無法想象一個客房部經理竟然會説出這樣的話，且“主動”把客人往其他酒店推，如此素質的部 門經理夠格嗎？請酒店高層認真考慮一下。入住第二天晚上，當我們打電話給前台服務員（女性）要求調換一個薄枕頭，該服務員先回答説“沒有”，後又説“衹能給一個”，我説“我們有兩個人，需要兩個薄枕頭～～”，話未説完，該服務員竟一下子掛掉了電話。如此的服務、如此的服務員衹能使客人心寒。
早餐質量差：提供的熱牛奶象熱水，淡而無牛奶味，似乎在熱水中加了一點牛奶。
此外，該酒店建在高處（見圖），進酒店大堂必須轉兩層走近20級台階，而台階旁無斜坡通道，客人衹能拿着重重的行李箱扛到大堂，而酒店大堂無任何服務員來幫忙。
如此在硬件、軟件等方面均弱、差的酒店，不建議其他客人選擇入住。
