Best Hefei Spa Hotels

First of all, the Shangri-La (Hefei)Hotel has comprehensive facilities & amenities and offers convenient transportation options in the vicinity. I love this very much! Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

The hotel is less than 20 minutes away from Hefei South Railway Station. There is also Metro Line 1 at the hotel entrance, so the hotel transportation is very convenient. The room is relatively clean and comfortable. The front desk employee Mia is very considerate and meticulous in her service. I give her a thumbs up

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

I recently had a very pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The location is incredibly convenient, with a variety of resources available around the area for all budgets, making it an ideal choice for any traveler. The exterior environment is stunning, surrounded by natural beauty and offering fresh, invigorating air. Inside, the hotel is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are remarkably comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and warm. Special thanks to Jenny and Yanyan Zhang at the front desk, whose friendly and enthusiastic greeting refreshed my tiredness from the 10+hours flight , They kindly upgraded my room and patiently assisted with connecting to the Wi-Fi and proactively registering the vehicle number plate which made my check-in process smooth and effortless. Additionally, they facilitated a companion registration for my relative and offered an extra delightful happy hour. Parker Zhang from the executive lounge was exceptionally helpful, providing valuable tips on local services and transportation, ensuring I had all the information I needed and he is very approachable. ( I did not had my breakfast in the hotel as I was keen to explore more street and local foods outside , however I love their desserts from the welcome fruit platter and the happy, it definitely made with high quality ingredients,the freshest cream and does not taste too sweet (less guilty:) This stay made my first trip back home in five years wonderfully smooth and comfortable. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you for your hospitality making my visit so memorable and I cannot wait to stay with you again :)

We enjoyed staying here! The biggest trouble was figuring out parking, but otherwise lovely stay!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The hotel is in a very good location with very convenient transportation. The hotel's environment is still as good as before. The lobby has been renovated and upgraded, and it is more beautiful and atmospheric. When checking in, Rena's service was very professional and considerate. She was very patient in looking for the hotel and comparing the various activities on Ctrip for us. Such considerate service must be rated five stars👏👏

The hotel has a beautiful environment and high-end atmosphere. Whether it is the surrounding environment when entering the hotel or the hygiene in the room, the staff I met along the way are so outstanding and enthusiastic. The room staff Shi Ailan was warm and thoughtful during my stay. She guided me, took me to the room, and introduced the surrounding environment, which made me feel that the city of Hefei has added a touch of warmth.

The hotel environment is very good, the room facilities are very complete, the housekeeper Xiao Gu is very good and enthusiastic, there is a gym and swimming pool on the 5th floor, the swimming pool has a children's area, suitable for bringing children to play, the room also has a bathtub, bathing is very comfortable, good

This hotel is stricter than a five-star hotel, but you must remember to check out, otherwise you will be charged, and you won't tell me in advance! The waiter is very nice, I don't know why I don't do business myself, it's really suitable for my own business, the hotel's price/performance ratio is good, except for the front desk staff!

Very close to the highway exit, very convenient. There are shopping malls around for dining. It was almost 8pm when we arrived. The front desk directly upgraded us to the executive floor on the 53rd floor. The hotel is cost-effective and has good sound insulation. The staff we met were very enthusiastic. After checking out, the concierge Xu Chaoqun sent our suitcases to the car and placed them there. Thank you very much. Next time I come to Hefei, I will choose Huifeng Wanyun.
