Hotels in Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street/Sanxiaokou, Hefei

The SSAW hotel in Hefei is my number one destination. I love everything about this place from the staff at the reception when I arrive to the confort of my room to the location of the place. I always have my breakfast at the hotel. I am very traditional with my choices but the restaurant offers a variety of food. Thank you again for a great stay Annie Clouâtre

It was my first time in Hefei. I chose this hotel for its location. I stayed for two nights and it was good in all aspects. The service of the guy at the front desk was particularly good. It is within walking distance from Exit A of Sipailou subway station, and it is very close to Li Hongzhang's former residence. Xiaoyaojin Park is just a short walk away. It is super convenient to visit Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, where you can eat and drink a lot. The room layout is reasonable, clean and comfortable, the facilities are relatively new, and the price-performance ratio is high. The breakfast has good coffee and delicious fried noodles.

First of all, the Shangri-La (Hefei)Hotel has comprehensive facilities & amenities and offers convenient transportation options in the vicinity. I love this very much! Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

Everything else is nice except the smell of smoke. Even though there was a No Smoking sign at the elevators, there were still people smoking there. My room faced the corridor with elevators, and the smell just came in from under the door. I tried to use a towel to block the gap, but it was no use. I confronted two men smoking there, and they said I was exaggerating. I ended up switching to a different room. You know what, you can tell someone smoked in the room before. This was the only issue yet truly disappointing. When you travel with family, the cleanliness of air matters. That’s why I gave three stars to the cleanliness. Staff was trying to help but they don't want to enforce the No Smoking rule.

The hotel has very good location which is close to the metro line 1 and line 2. Our room was on the 23rd floor, it's clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the breakfast starts at 6:30am, has a wide range of choices and very handy for elderly people. The hotel building also has restaurants, cafes and beauty salon in it.

The location is good and varieties of food nearby. Polite staff at service counter, customer are well taken care upon arrival. Breakfast provided is decent with lots of choices. Free usage of washing machine at common area.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

The hotel is in a great location, with a commercial street just outside the door. The breakfast buffet is good, parking is convenient, the security guard at the door is very responsible, and the two beauties Xiaoyu and Xiaowang at the front desk provide warm and thoughtful service. The subway station is right at the door of the hotel, and the surrounding attractions are not far away. There are also many delicious foods. It was a good experience.

The hotel service is so nice. The room condition is also good. But, internet access (WIFI) is very low. The historic places and big shopping mall (Wanda Plaza) are convieniently located nearby.

Compared with other hotels in the same area, this price is not only affordable, but also far ahead in quality. The service is impeccable. I have to give a thumbs up to the front desk staff. It is an experience beyond expectations. I highly recommend it to everyone. It will definitely not be a disappointment! Next time I come to Hefei, I will still choose this place!
