My mother and I enjoyed a wonderful six-night stay at Swan Lake Hotel. Our room had a breathtaking lake view and the hotel was close to two major shopping malls and a park. Customer service, particularly from Ms. Iris, was exceptional . She went above and beyond to assist my mother in locating a nearby pharmacy for essential medication and even managed to secure an extra night's stay for us despite the bustling events at the hotel. Moreover, she promptly contacted us about our forgotten items upon checkout. The breakfast buffet was delightful, and the daily complimentary snacks and toy were a nice touch. Highly recommend Swan Lake Hotel!'

The hotel equipment is very new, and because I am not familiar with the surrounding area, I was recommended many fun indoor and outdoor places. The service was very good,

Close to the subway station, with a complete range of shopping districts around, it is very convenient for travel and shopping. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the soundproofing effect is good, and the sleep quality is very good. The service is considerate: the front desk lady is enthusiastic and patient, and recommends nearby delicacies; the cleaning lady cleans in time and will also organize the items on the table considerately.

Very satisfied! The front desk upgraded the room again this time. The room is large and the air conditioning is powerful. Traveling is very convenient, there is Metro not far from the hotel. The nearby shopping malls are not far away. Will be the first choice next time.

The room was spotless, tidy, and incredibly cozy. We had booked a junior suite, which featured a kitchen, a separate living room, and a bedroom. The staff were exceptionally thoughtful and service-oriented; they even walked us directly to our room. The hotel environment was beautiful, and the pool was sparkling clean – absolutely perfect for a relaxing, 'do-nothing' vacation. There are also many restaurants within the park, and staying within its confines for two days was incredibly relaxing.

Radisson Blu Hotel, a perfect experience for traveling to Hefei. The hotel is very close to Hefei South Railway Station. It only takes one stop to take Metro Line 5 from Hefei South Railway Station, and it is right next to Exit B of Wanghucheng West Station on Metro Line 5, which is very convenient. The hotel opened in December 2024 and embodies a new style everywhere. From the hotel's design style, the intelligence of the rooms, the overall environment and colors, it reflects fashion, modernity and humanity everywhere. The room is large, especially the bathroom, which is designed to perfection. Three people can use it at the same time without interfering with each other, which is very comfortable. Especially the front desk lady CuCu, a warm, cheerful and kind girl, and Nini and Zhizhi. From their service, you can feel their love for work, their concern for guests and the kindness they show. The hotel's breakfast is very rich, combining the East and the West with the North and the South. I believe that friends from all over the world can find their own taste here. The bar next to the restaurant is a highlight, where you can take a break every time you come back from going out. Thank you ladies, we will come again next time.

The room I booked was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities that I needed for my short stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep, which was much needed after a long day of travel. The room was also equipped with a television, which I enjoyed watching during my downtime. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of towels and toiletries available. The overall ambiance of the room was cozy and welcoming. One thing that stood out to me was the hotel's customer service. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that all my needs were met during my stay. It’s also the “Swan Lake”

The room is so nice, I like the decoration style very much. This is my second time staying here. I liked it the last time I stayed here, so I decided to choose here again this time. I will stay in every style of room in the future. My friends also said that the environment is very good. This Atour hotel, conveniently located near Hefei South Railway Station, is excellent and offers a shuttle service. Immediately after booking, I received a call from Yi Yi at the front desk, asking if I needed the pick-up service. Given the continuous rain in Hefei lately, Yi Yi knew my arrival time and proactively met me at the hotel entrance with an umbrella – an incredibly thoughtful gesture! The security staff were also very helpful with my bags. The facilities are great and well-appointed. Yi Yi's service was outstanding; she even recommended excellent places to eat and fun activities nearby. Next time I'm in Hefei, I'll definitely choose Atour Hefei South Station again. Oh, and they even offered complimentary crayfish – a lovely touch! Plus, there's a piano available for guests to play.
