The staff were extremely professional, the room was very spacious. The hotel is located very close to major food and beverage establishments. Deliveries are brought to the rooms in an AI operated robot which was really innovative. The breakfast was absolutely sensational and definitely a highlight during the trip. The F&B staff were extremely courteous, friendly and caring as they interacted with all guests to ensure they were having an optimal dining experience. We look forward to our next visit to the hotel, definitely recommend the hotel as it is simply brilliant!

The only suggestion was that the hair dryer could be replaced with a new one with strong wind. My friend didn't bring makeup remover, and the front desk provided makeup remover wipes.
