Reception is doing more than they can do to help me get through my stay-in like extension hours of check out , room service with duvet when I reach out for a need. Among the best of their service is the breakfast pack of grab bags for stayers unable to grab their breakfast buffet. Great hotel and pampered service .

First of all, the Shangri-La (Hefei)Hotel has comprehensive facilities & amenities and offers convenient transportation options in the vicinity. I love this very much! Notably, the service rendered by Hong Baolian (洪宝莲）at the Customer Service Center is marked by its warmth and dedication. She adeptly attends to the requests of guests and readily extends her assistance. I am inclined to offer her my commendation. 👏 When I embark on my future business trips to Hefei, I will opt for this hotel once more！😊

The hotel is in a great location, with a commercial street just outside the door. The breakfast buffet is good, parking is convenient, the security guard at the door is very responsible, and the two beauties Xiaoyu and Xiaowang at the front desk provide warm and thoughtful service. The subway station is right at the door of the hotel, and the surrounding attractions are not far away. There are also many delicious foods. It was a good experience.

This hotel is truly fantastic, definitely a solid five stars! Honestly, I felt comfortable the moment I checked in. The young staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and polite, and check-in was quick. They even thoughtfully mentioned a nearby fresh market, which was great for buying fruit – that was a very considerate touch. The room was very clean; the linens were fresh with no strange odors, and the pillows were just the right firmness. Even for someone like me who usually struggles to sleep in new beds, I slept surprisingly well. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water came on instantly, so I didn't have to wait ages for a shower – that was a huge plus for me. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but it offered a good variety with steamed buns, congee, eggs, and various side dishes. It was hearty, home-style food, and definitely enough to fill you up. As for the service, I forgot my charger yesterday and called the front desk; they brought one up within minutes and even said there was no rush to return it, which was super convenient! The location is also pretty good; it's about a ten-minute walk to the metro station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you don't have to venture far for a meal. All in all, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm next in town!

Delightful hotel well located in one of the main areas of Hefei, close to Hefei train station. The hotel is situated next to a long canal which was recently renovated and you can enjoy long walks; it’s also close to several parks and Huaihe Road commercial street with many big shopping roads, Starbucks etc. also less than 10 minutes walk to the metro system. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and have decent level of English service. Hotel is very clean and meets the Crowne Plaza standard. Large and fully equipped gym plus and 25 meter pool with four lanes is perfect for workouts. The breakfast buffet offers the classic Western food and some tasty local Anhui delicacies such as Huainan Beeft Noodles, meatballs, dumplings etc. Will definitely stay here again for business trips.

The hotel was very clean and the location was also very good and the breakfast it was very good and the cleanliness was very good.If I go again, I will stay at the same hotel.😊👍

The overall sanitation of the room is average. There are stains on the floor, dust on the TV and telephone bases, hair and stains on the stool, stains on the wall next to the dressing mirror, no wardrobe, hangers and trouser racks hanging on the wall, remote control air conditioner, non-smart toilet, hair dryer with low wind power and burnt air outlet, good bathroom sanitation, dirty keyboard, sanitary wipes provided, slippers need to be asked from the front desk, and they are not disposable, the hotel entrance is not easy to find, you have to take the elevator to the right of the mahogany door to go to the third floor

First of all the room is very big, 60 square meters. There is a dressing room, dressing table, study, tea table, dry and wet separated bathroom, large bathtub, and a double bed of 1.35 meters. Very spacious and comfortable to live in. Secondly, the air conditioning was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water. The facilities are very new. Again, all the staff were very friendly. Finally, it is very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. If there is a shortcoming, it is that the room has a little bit of decoration smell, which is not very obvious. I mentioned it and the service staff sent a Xiaomi air purifier. Also, the variety and taste of breakfast can be improved.

Breakfast is available from 7:30 to 13:00, which is time-friendly and tastes good. Free laundry and delivery services are provided. The front desk upgraded the room. The large screen movie viewing effect is very good. The surrounding area is a pedestrian street, which is convenient for travel. The price-performance ratio is still relatively high

The luckiest thing about this trip was to choose this hotel, and the experience was directly full! The location is excellent, just in the city center, surrounded by shopping malls and food courts, and it is super convenient to travel. The check-in speed at the front desk was very fast, the staff was warm and caring, and also helped recommend a lot of local specialty snacks and niche attractions. The favorability was instant up!
