Service is good and personal are nice. Would say all good but they seem to allow people to smoke in the lobby?! Mentioned that to staff and she apologised while she did nothing to stop those smokers.

Holiday inn is boasted of its prime location around city centre and it has short distance to all of its attractions and high sports. It is quieter than other hotels as dodging in a crowded area off a less hustling alleyway.

Delightful hotel well located in one of the main areas of Hefei, close to Hefei train station. The hotel is situated next to a long canal which was recently renovated and you can enjoy long walks; it’s also close to several parks and Huaihe Road commercial street with many big shopping roads, Starbucks etc. also less than 10 minutes walk to the metro system. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and have decent level of English service. Hotel is very clean and meets the Crowne Plaza standard. Large and fully equipped gym plus and 25 meter pool with four lanes is perfect for workouts. The breakfast buffet offers the classic Western food and some tasty local Anhui delicacies such as Huainan Beeft Noodles, meatballs, dumplings etc. Will definitely stay here again for business trips.

The hotel is in a great location, with a commercial street just outside the door. The breakfast buffet is good, parking is convenient, the security guard at the door is very responsible, and the two beauties Xiaoyu and Xiaowang at the front desk provide warm and thoughtful service. The subway station is right at the door of the hotel, and the surrounding attractions are not far away. There are also many delicious foods. It was a good experience.

Choosing this hotel was such a smart decision! The location is superb, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a wonderful night's sleep. The hotel breakfast offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, and it was quite tasty. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly, and they even upgraded me to an oxygen bar room. Both check-in and check-out were swift, and they also gave great recommendations for nearby attractions. Definitely a five-star experience!

The overall sanitation of the room is average. There are stains on the floor, dust on the TV and telephone bases, hair and stains on the stool, stains on the wall next to the dressing mirror, no wardrobe, hangers and trouser racks hanging on the wall, remote control air conditioner, non-smart toilet, hair dryer with low wind power and burnt air outlet, good bathroom sanitation, dirty keyboard, sanitary wipes provided, slippers need to be asked from the front desk, and they are not disposable, the hotel entrance is not easy to find, you have to take the elevator to the right of the mahogany door to go to the third floor

First of all the room is very big, 60 square meters. There is a dressing room, dressing table, study, tea table, dry and wet separated bathroom, large bathtub, and a double bed of 1.35 meters. Very spacious and comfortable to live in. Secondly, the air conditioning was very powerful and there was plenty of hot water. The facilities are very new. Again, all the staff were very friendly. Finally, it is very close to the subway station, making travel convenient. If there is a shortcoming, it is that the room has a little bit of decoration smell, which is not very obvious. I mentioned it and the service staff sent a Xiaomi air purifier. Also, the variety and taste of breakfast can be improved.

Everything else is nice except the smell of smoke. Even though there was a No Smoking sign at the elevators, there were still people smoking there. My room faced the corridor with elevators, and the smell just came in from under the door. I tried to use a towel to block the gap, but it was no use. I confronted two men smoking there, and they said I was exaggerating. I ended up switching to a different room. You know what, you can tell someone smoked in the room before. This was the only issue yet truly disappointing. When you travel with family, the cleanliness of air matters. That’s why I gave three stars to the cleanliness. Staff was trying to help but they don't want to enforce the No Smoking rule.

I came to Hefei 18 years ago and stayed at the Yangtze River Hotel. The changes have been so great that I almost don’t know the way around anymore. This time I stayed at Parkview and I was amazed! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The breakfast should be the best in Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Nanjing! The lady at the front desk was so warm and considerate, I must give her a big thumbs up! I hope you can open more stores across the country, and they will live in your home from now on!

The entrance hall is spacious and bright, the environment is comfortable, the room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, the most important thing is that the service attitude is very good, the front desk is helpful! It is worth staying, I will stay here on business trips in the future, very satisfied 👍
