滿分100的話，應該能給到75，屋子還不錯，夠敞亮，看樣子是裝修升級過的，也沒有甲醛味，窗户雖然不大，但是通風性還可以。美中不足三個問題：下水道堵塞排水不暢；窗户沒有安裝紗窗容易進蟲子；房間隔斷牆壁沒有做隔音處理，盲猜衹是利用石膏板做了隔斷，沒有填充隔音棉，晚上隔壁有一外地商人誇誇其談，吵的我很晚才睡。

前面住了很多天了，讓我好評優惠房價。今天比較旺，沒有提前告知，臨時加價，逼我退房。是那個大煙槍前台， 面相比較兇。我帶着孕婦和小孩，不敢多説，被強行付款超時費。住進去朋友注意了。
