在樓下等了十幾分鍾 也不告訴我在幾樓 然後加了微信和我説我預訂房間客人行李一直沒拿 要等到四點半 問我可以不可以換房型 我看了一下並不是想要的 又讓我或者去附近溜達等待 這麼熱的天根本不想溜達好吧 後面給我的方案是先去一個房間等着 不能坐床不可以丟垃圾（能理解） 衹能坐在沙發上 然後等到四點半那個房間弄好了再過去 本來給的當時換房間的那個房型 後面我同意這個方案後説隨便給我找一個空房間等待 真6 然後我説怎麼上去 他説坐電梯啊 去21樓 我想請問呢 我不問你也不説 我在樓下沒開空調丟大廳裡邊等邊喂蚊子 電話中語氣聽出來些許不耐煩🙄 本來下午兩點就可以入住這是酒店基本的情況吧 讓我等到下午四點半再去住 我説明天下午可以延遲退房嗎 他説可以延遲一個小時 我想請問呢 我兩個半小時怎麼就延遲一個小時 他説你不是才來嗎 [微笑][微笑] 我晚來一會15:30到 怎麼就變成我的問題了 還説如果五星好評的話才可以延遲倆小時

真的算住過最差的酒店！地方很隱蔽比較難找，停車不方便！很遠，沒有前台！衞生差，隔音巨差，隔壁説話洗澡嗑瓜子都能聽得一清二楚！到晚上凌晨二三點都是四面環繞的各種聲音，早上六點左右就有各種施工聲説話聲開門聲等等！設施也差！熱水器還貼了告示説洗澡一個人洗完要等半小時才能洗第二個人！水出的也很慢！洗個澡不知道多慢。
