房間挺大，而且特乾淨，很新，前台服務態度很好，因為帶兩個小孩，還特地免費升級了一下房型，避免晚上靠高架吵，位置也比較方便，樓下就有吃飯和購物的地方，主要是五一價格還這麼優惠，真的很不錯，物超所值！

房間寬敞明亮，是落地大窗，還有個小沙發，設施也都很新，床單毛巾乾淨潔白。晚上房間開燈也是非常亮堂。門口停車也挺方便。早餐種類也挺豐富。

房間空間還可以，設施簡單，如同普普通通的快捷酒店，非常一般的酒店。窗户沒有紗窗，不能開，否則有蚊蟲進入。窗户上的污漬可見。沒有桌子可以辦公放電腦。價格虛高，與實際品質不一致。衞生間和洗浴間乾濕分離。周邊環境基本上工地，未完成的住宅樓。早餐在負一樓，餐飲一般般，不過，午餐和晚餐在規定時間段可以下單，酒店廚房製作，送到房間，挺好。酒店客服很差。尤其是發票和行程單的開具很慢，差錯太多，很耽誤時間。前台服務員的專業能力有限。

所謂濱河新區，其實真是挺遠挺偏僻的，沒想到這地方還地鐵不達，距離地鐵站約3公里，交通實在不夠方便。酒店附近沒啥東西，不太行，而且靠着快速路，還挺吵的。就是酒店比較新，設施都還不錯。
